× A map for curiosity. This is a portable exploration of OpenAI’s public mathematics manuscript collection. It is not an independent verification of the results. A single HTML file contains this interface, the catalogue and genuine first-page previews. Full PDFs are not included. Optional source links require the Internet.
What the five channels mean
Positive and negative directions are editorial lenses, not strict mathematical opposites. A paper may involve both geometry and algebra, or discrete and continuous objects. Neither position, color, page length, family number nor glow implies significance or correctness. Missing placement evidence is not proof of neutrality.
The donut is a display arrangement, not the original conceptual coordinate space. Papers follow discipline and catalogue order around the ring, with a deterministic golden-angle offset around its tube. Angles and proximity do not measure mathematical similarity. Filtering keeps every paper in the same position. Conceptual X/Y/Z values remain unchanged in the filters and details; no conceptual axes or octants are drawn on the donut.
All papers glow through cached radial-gradient sprites: compact pale cores, saturated discipline-colored light and a soft transparent falloff and a broader low-opacity colored haze. Core radius scales with the square root of PDF page count (about 1.32–4.62 screen pixels). When pulsing is on, curated Millennium connections gain a breathing halo (up to 45.6 pixels in radius) and a small core boost; the extra light indicates the connection, not length or importance. Unchecked means the baseline steady glow for every paper. Reduced motion keeps checked highlights steady. No outline rings or large opaque disks are used. Color represents the 17 upstream disciplines. The four numerical filters use inclusive bounds; unknown values are handled by their separate checkboxes. Moving a range handle initially excludes unknown values for that dimension; you may explicitly add them back. Histogram gray bars show all classified records and mint bars show current matches. Full-catalogue distribution counts stay fixed.
Evidence and formalization Lean labels only describe links and named papers in the upstream scope notes. Some configurations check supporting results; others cover selected main statements. A family link does not establish coverage of every paper. No Lean proofs have been compiled or independently checked for this prototype.

× Connections to the Millennium problems
Only reviewed title/abstract connections appear here. Every paper uses a small luminous core with a soft colored halo. With “Pulse Millennium papers” checked, the curated connections breathe over 4.8 seconds through halo size, halo intensity and core brightness. The core stays compact. Extra glow marks the connection rather than PDF length or importance; ordinary core size follows measured PDF length. In Paper Wall, the same checkbox adds a soft breathing glow around each connected document; the page image stays clear. Unchecking the box restores the same steady baseline glow used by all papers. Reduced motion keeps an enhanced but steady glow when checked. There are no outline rings or large opaque disks. Withdrawn manuscripts are excluded from the active ring and this list.
